• SHIPPINGS WITHIN GREECE

For shipments within Greece, the products will be sent to you, at the recipient address you have indicated to us, with a courier service. The Courier company we work with is ELTA DOOR-DOOR. If you want a different courier, please contact our store.

Delivery can also be made from our physical stores, 92 Leoforos Athinon Street, Agios Athanasios, Thessaloniki, without transport.

Note: If you want the product to be sent to a different address than the one you entered for your personal information, you have the option to enter a different recipient address in the order registration system.

Orders are shipped within 3 working days. If the products are not available and are collected by our network, the shipment can be made with a delay of 1-2 days extra (mainly during discount periods, season end or holidays).

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday (except holidays). Orders placed in the system Friday from 5.00 pm. and then, they will go through the approval, preparation and shipping stages on Monday.

For orders that the customer wants to issue an invoice, then he must deposit the total amount.

For purchases under 40 € the transfer cost is 3 €.

For purchases over 40 € the shipment is FREE.

Note: Additional shipping costs may occur only in a very large order volume and there will always be timely notice and approval / acceptance of the customer.

In the case of cash on delivery there is a charge of 2 € with the cooperating company DOOR-DOOR (ELTA courier).

  • ORDER DELAY

If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you, within a reasonable time, via e-mail and / or telephone to inform you of the reasons for the delay and the expected shipping time. In this case you will be able (if you consider that this period of time does not satisfy you) to request the change of the order to another item or even the cancellation of your order and a refund.

For orders up to 100 € the transfer cost is 8 €.

For orders from € 100 and up shipping is free
